ADD Software, LLC provides cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions for manufacturing and industrial enterprises, including but not limited to:

• Container orchestration for manufacturing systems

All services are provided subject to the terms of a separate signed agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Obligations

Clients engaging ADD Software, LLC are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to systems and personnel, and appropriate internal approvals required for project execution. Failure to meet these obligations may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, and documentation developed by ADD Software, LLC prior to or independently of any client engagement remain the exclusive property of ADD Software, LLC. Custom deliverables created specifically for a client under a signed agreement shall be governed by the intellectual property provisions of that agreement.

5. Confidentiality

ADD Software, LLC treats all client data, system configurations, and business information as confidential. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive information related to industrial control systems, SCADA networks, and manufacturing operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADD Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. ADD Software, LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed through the termination date remain due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

10. Changes to These Terms

ADD Software, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
